For this blog, i had to do some reaerch on "Growth Mindset" and Carol Dweck, who talks about this particular subject. Prior to this, Ive never heard of Carol Dweck nor the topic of Growth Mindset. This blog post is all about Growth Mindset. If i was to look at my college work on the spectrum of growth fixed mindset, I feel like Im doing well enough in my own skill set but I do feel like i need improving really. What i have noticed with my learning is that i need to be explianed the point very cleary and need to really understand the in's and out's of a certain topic. I also need to see expamples or see such thing in practice to undertsand it better too. In short, I need to go through the topic to really grasp it and need to see examples and go through how its done.
